Some refugee camps in Sittwe repairing their homes before the rain

In some camps in Sittwe, Rakhine State, where refugees from the war are fleeing, their homes are being repaired before the rains.

In order to live in these houses, U Maung Hla Yin, who lives in the Ustlin Monastery refugee camp in Mingang Ward, said that

the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, UNHCR, helped support bamboo and tarpaulins.

Most of the camps said that they have not been able to fix it and there are no organizations to help them.

In addition, in Maungdaw, Buuthee Taung, Ponenar Kyun and Sittwe who are fleeing the war in Rakhine State, most of the military evacuation camps have been damaged, so there is a need to repair them in time before the rains.
