Singer Aye Chan May’s solo concert in celebration of her 50th birthday was held on November 2 at 6:00 p.m. local time in Maryland, USA.
At the concert, a portrait of singer Aye Chan May, painted by artist Nu Yin, was auctioned and received a top bid of $3,500. Ticket prices for the concert were set at $50 and $100 each, with over 500 tickets sold in total.
Aye Chan May announced on her Facebook page that all proceeds would be donated to support those in need in her homeland, Myanmar.
