There are intense battles since 5:00 a.m. on August 12th, between the coup army and the revolutionary forces at the Chinese natural gas distribution station under Myanmar Oil and Natural Gas Enterprise (MOGE) in Taungtha Township, Mandalay Region.

Some of the Chinese projects invested in Myanmar were completely occupied by the revolutionary forces in July and early August, so we can see that direct discussions between the National Unity Government (NUG) and China are being conducted. Both sides have not yet announced at which level the Chinese government will come to discuss. This is the first time for the Chinese government deal directly with the National Unity Government (NUG).
