Former Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Envoy for Peacebuilding, Professor Akiko Yamanaka, met with former Cambodian Prime Minister and current Senate President Hun Sen at the Cambodian Senate to discuss the situation in Myanmar on Thursday.
During their meeting, they discussed the situation in Myanmar, exchanging views on the Myanmar crisis, with Hun Sen expressing hope that ASEAN and Japan could work together to find a solution and help return Myanmar to peace and normalcy.
