At the same time as armed revolutionary attacks against the coup military council are on the rise across the country, public strike movements expressing their disapproval of the coup are still taking place in the upper regions of Burma.
Despite the military council's attacks, most of the regions where there is continuous strike action in the country are in Sagai
ng Division. Since the beginning of the armed resistance revolution, the coup army has continued to conduct raids in Sagaing, but the public strike movement against the military dictatorship has not stopped for a day.
Today, strike forces from areas such as Lat Pan Taung from Sagaing, Kalay, Sa Lin Gyi, Ka Ni and Laung Lone from Ta Nin Thar Yi District and Myine City from Magway District and other areas protested against the military dictatorship.
