AAPP announced that there have been 4,007 people died during the Spring Revolution in Myanmar


The ASSISTANCE ASSOCIATION FOR POLITICAL PRISONERS (AAPP) announced that as of August 25, 4,007 people had been killed by the terrorist military after the coup.



According to the records of the ASSISTANCE ASSOCIATION FOR POLITICAL PRISONERS (AAPP), a total of (19,943) people were arrested and detained, and among them (7,199) were sentenced to prison, from February 1, 2021, to August 25, 2023. (101) of those convicted were sentenced to death. AAPP said that 119 people, including 43 people were sentenced to death. According to those lists, there are a total of 144 people who have been sentenced to death.


24 people were released on bail. The number of people who were released is 4519. The following numbers are the numbers collected by AAPP, and the information and numbers that are happening on the ground may be higher than now.
