40 innocent children were killed in the airstrike attack in Pazigyi village
According to a list released by the National Unity Government on April 16th, 40 children under the age of 18 died in the airstrike attack on Pazigyi village, Kanbalu Township, Sagaing Division.
A total of 168 people died, including 128 adults over the age of 18. The National Unity Government announced that 6 children under the age of five, 19 between the ages of 5 and 14. 5 children between the ages of 14 and 18 and 10 children of unknown age were killed.
The National Unity Government sent medical troops to treat those injured by the airstrike. A total of 16 people were injured, including 5 children under the age of 18. 8 people between the ages of 18 and 40 and 3 over the age of 40 are included.
It is said that more than 300 victims were killed in the Pazigyi village airstrike, and the National Unity Government is leading the rescue efforts.
The National Unity Government will also make consistent efforts to restore justice regarding the mass deaths caused by the airstrike attack in Pazigyi village.
Today, on April 16, the National Unity Government held a press conference regarding the airstrike attack in Pazigyi village, and presented the weapons used by the military junta in the attack.
The military council launched an aerial attack on Pazigyi village starting in the morning of April 11th.
Pazi Gyi villagers whose family members were killed in this attack are asking the international community to take effective action against the military junta and not to sell jet fuel, including weapons and ammunition, to the military junta.
